Boracay Gets A New Wreck

Debbie Ngo, dive instructor at New Wave Divers, has stepped down as president of the Boracay Association of Scuba-diving Schools (BASS). During her four years in office, she initiated various projects, such as the Recompression Chamber, Plant-A-Coral, the Boracay Coral Reef Monitoring Team, Boracay's First Underwater Photography Contest, numerous Crown-of-Thorn Collections, Beach and Underwater Cleanups, regular maintenance of our dive sites' Mooring Buoys and the latest project-- the sinking of the Yak-40 jet plane to create a New Wreck Dive. Boracay Gets Its Own Recompression Chamber
